As a courtesy, please contact the salon, or your service provider, as soon as you know you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment. We are always happy to help reschedule your service. This is the overall salon cancellation policy. However, each independent service provider reserves the right to enforce either this policy or their own individual cancellation policy. We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-call/no-show appointments will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled service total. Cancellation fees must be paid before booking future appointments. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
